Over the past 18+ years, she has helped healthcare delivery, insurance, and healthtech organizations turn strategy into measurable outcomes, from driving value-based care savings and financial performance to aligning executive, product, and business teams around shared priorities.


As a seasoned Chief of Staff and operator, Heather partners directly with founders, executives, and boards to establish operating structures, decision-making cadences, and performance frameworks that enable scale. She’s known for creating the connective tissue between strategy and execution, ensuring that leadership intent translates into coordinated action and visible results.


Heather earned her Master’s in Health Administration, where she received Graduate Dean’s Awards for Exceptional Academic Achievement and Excellence in Service to the Community. Named Graduate Student of the Year by the American College of Healthcare Executives, she went on to complete an Administrative Fellowship at Corewell Health under the mentorship of the CEO. She has since built a distinguished career leading initiatives across major health systems, payors, startups, and private equity funds.
